Product leadership, grounded in business.

Product leader with a business and finance background. A decade in commercial roles at Caesarstone, five of them owning a P&L and a thirty-person department, then product: API-driven platforms, member portals and AI products across travel and hospitality, leading a team of PMs while carrying my own products.

  1. Director, Network Products

    Virtuoso  ·  Denver, CO (remote)

Own the Partner Product portfolio at Virtuoso, the global luxury travel agency network: the products, analytics and AI capabilities that shape how its 2,500+ supplier Partners show up and create value across the network.

    • Lead a team of Product Managers across the Partner portfolio.

    • Promoted to this role roughly 18 months into product.
  4. Product Manager

    Exclusive Resorts  ·  Denver, CO

    • Delivered sensitive member-data and billing features, aligning stakeholders across finance, operations, sales and service.
  1. Director of Managed Services

    Caesarstone US  ·  Denver, CO

    • Built a $50M net-new commercial business line from zero: B2B go-to-market strategy and operating frameworks for the Big Box and Commercial channels; ran the IKEA program across 48 locations for a 50% lift in conversion.

Platform and data: GraphQL and API-first architecture, cloud infrastructure, headless CMS, a data warehouse behind the reporting. Growth and engagement: CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement and on-site search. Delivery and AI: agile at a scale where the process had to be built rather than adopted, LLM-backed products, and Claude (Teams and Cowork) as a daily working environment.
